This article here shows how instagrams “TOC’s”, have turned against a photographer in a copyright infringement case. The photographer said No to the request made by Mashable to use an image, and they took the image off instagram and used it anyway. Free & Clear. This is more like deliberate rights grabbing and abuse to photographers. Shouldn’t this same rule also apply to music that’s shared?

To be fair, you are using their free platform for your own commercial gain so..
At least embedding is better than them downloading and posting the image with no source.
