   I wonder how it would look if they lit both subject’s the same way. I bet they tried that approach and reject ed it. . It’s a pretty provocative and subtle cover. Well done to Goodman and the retoucher/compositor. Great layout too.

   If Scientific America liked the look that Leland Bobbe developed I hope that they at least offered him the opportunity to shoot the cover first instead of just mimicking the style.
