  1. It certainly makes sense that one world visionary would be influenced by an earlier role model whose invention changed the way an entire society viewed the world. I still have my mother’s – mint condition – Polaroid Land Camera circa 1960. As a note of interest; A documentary film focusing on the life and career of Dr. Edwin H. Land will be forthcoming (no further details however). The documentary film crew was on hand at the 20X24 Polaroid Studio http://bit.ly/qqBLa6 last year during photographer, Tim Mantoani’s portrait session with me for his Polaroid portrait series, “Behind Photographs”(now a book) http://bit.ly/qdYYP5. The finished film promises to be intriguing.

    • One man’s quest for instantaneous results lead another to the obvious possibilities in technology. The reach of how they both have shaped American lives will take a while to realize.
